Fringe (DIYs)

I recently worked with another blogger who’s very much into DIYs. Maureen, owner of DiybyMoe, and I linked up, shared ideas and came up with two looks. Concept is to be cost-effective and cautious in spending for Valentine’s wear. Some of you must have watched how fun it all was via my Snapchat-graciemjodawo.

Our first look was on casual wear, a pre-Valentine’s look with minimal red. We had thought of doing something to our t-shirts, t-shirts that we already had in our closets and that needed a little fashion detail. Coincidentally we both ended up fringing our t-shirts.

I wore my fringe t-shirt with a high-waist denim short and stripped canvas. The denim was cut-out from a denim trouser. Completed my look with button accessories. Like buttons, Moe is just amazing.
Layered pendant and button earings. The red sling/clutch bag and red lippie were the highlight of the look.

Fringe t-shirt can be worn interchangeable with crop top especially if you are not comfortable with showing to much of you midriff skin.

Moe wore her fringe top with high-waist ripped denim pants and printed sneakers. Everything she’s wearing is her own creation. She even did her own crochet. Moe is just so talented and creative. She got all the accessories tutorials Here and more DIYs at DiybyMoe. Stop by and pick a few more DIY ideas.
